To set-up your outbound PhoneCAST;

Step 1 : Dial toll-free 1-888-455-8097 (it is just a general mailbox that digitizes your message)

Step 2 : Record & save the outbound message in the way utilized by most voicemail systems (you can just hang up the phone when you are finished, 40 second maximum)

Step 3 : Email phonecast@acastglobal.com your Client Code, Transmission Date/Time/TimeZone

Step 4 : Email phonecast@acastglobal.com the List of Phone Numbers you'd like your voice message sent to
